Marathon Madness!!!
Mary-Anne Tracey-Aguera is a fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilate’s expert working at the Bolton Clinic of David Roberts Physiotherapy.
But in her spare time she is also one of the North West’s leading cross country runners, two time winner of the Lancashire Grand Prix road race series and a keen fell runner. Born in Zambia, she has also represented the country of her birth in the International arena at swimming.
Not content with this significant list of achievements she has now decided to complete the Belfast Marathon….and in inimitable style has set herself a very challenging target of a 3.05 marathon!
The idea behind this blog is to contrast with Andy Byrnes efforts – this is for the more experienced runners amongst you – giving you training tips, physiological advice and generally help you to push on to do the best time you possibly can. Andy’s blog is designed to help the fun or part time runner to reach their own goals.
Good luck to you all.
