Our members enjoy a modern, bright professional fitness facility at David Roberts Physio.
We provide a vast array of cardio-vascular equipment, including Treadmills, Cross-trainers, Rowers, Steppers, Spin bikes along with weights machines, pulley system, free weights and a large open space for mat and free work.

MAIN FITNESS SUITE
There's plenty of LIFEFITNESS and CONCEPT 2 cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines. Stretching mats and dumbbells up to 10.0kg are also provided and of course there's music on widescreen T.V's available if you choose that over your own i Pod selections !
PILATES FITNESS SUITE
Your opportunity to workout under the guidance of our PILATES experts in a way which you will appreciate is unique - with specially designed equipment to help you look after your own health.
Our workout area has a dedicated space to include free weights with use of dumbbells ranging from 5.0kg to 50.0kg. Weight benches are provided for different incline/declines to vary difficulty.
As you would expect, our PERSONAL TRAINERS are exceptionally well qualified. That’s why many of our members choose to take advantage of the ONE TO ONE or SMALL GROUP sessions they offer. Spending time with someone you can work with , who understands you as a person and what you specifically wish to achieve, is a great way to MOTIVATE yourself.
As most people know by now, maintaining your weight at a healthy level only comes through a combination of controlling your diet and the amount of exercise you take. Here at David Roberts, we have the knowledge, expertise, skills and medical training to be able to help you along the way. Through easy to understand nutritional programmes and expert exercise advice and encouragement we will help you get to where you want to be........CORRECTLY !
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CHECK
Every member receives a COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH ASSESSMENT - We have a dedicated team of Chartered Physiotherapists and Exercise Professionals with a deep knowledge and understanding of the human body to offer advice and guidance in all areas of exercise and fitness. We will help you to understand what those readings really mean to YOU and how to go about maintaining or improving your general health.
