Learn Pilates at our Bolton Pilates Classes
Learning Pilates has become increasingly popular in the UK because it provides so many benefits without being too taxing an exercise, instead fostering understanding of your muscle movements.

More Information on Pilates Classes
Pilates exercise develops strong abdominal, back, gluteal, and deep postural muscles to support the skeletal system and act as the “Powerhouse” of the body.
Pilates classes work to strengthen the core, lengthen the spine, increase body awareness, build muscle tone and improve flexibility.
The Pilates method is a proven rehabilitation system for back, knee, hip, shoulder and repetitive strain injuries. Pilates addresses the body as a whole correcting weaknesses and poor flexibility bringing the body back into balance.
Try a Bolton Pilates Class today at David Roberts Physio. Evidence supports the use of the Pilates method in the prevention and rehabilitation of back pain.
Pilates targets your postural muscles and can help to:
- Reshape your body to appear leaner and longer
- Improve posture and therefore associated complaints
- Build core strength by targeting abdominal and pelvic muscle groups
- Improve body flexibility
- Enhance breathing patterns
- Relieve stress and tension
