How do I find you?

Before your appointment, please make sure you know where we are! Check our maps by clicking on ‘Our clinics’ toolbar or ring us for directions.

How long will my appointment take?

Your appointments will usually be for 30 minutes. However, please try and arrive slightly ahead of your first appointment time so we can register you and make the most of your physiotherapy treatment time.

What should I wear?

Wearing  appropriate clothing. is helpful although not essential E.g. if we are treating your shoulder then wearing a vest, so we can see it, really helps.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring along any relevant scans/ Dr’s letters /x-rays you may have from your Consultant / GP, the more background information we have on your condition the more tailored we can be in our approach.

Will I be covered by my Health insurance policy?

We cover all major insurance companies and for clients with health insurance cover, your treatment fees will often be invoiced directly. Please check with your  insurance provider if you need a GP/Consultant referral before making an appointment and the exact details of your cover. You may need to contribute to your treatment fees.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment for treatment is required at the end of each session, you can pay by cash and credit/debit card.
